Who we are

What we collect

Account details, booking details (address, panel information, preferred times), messages, ratings and, for providers, identity, right-to-work and insurance documents. Card payments are processed by Stripe; Vimells does not store full card numbers.

How we use it

To provide and improve the service, match bookings to providers, process payments, keep the platform safe and meet our legal obligations under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Your rights
